„Die Ohrfeigen“ handelt von einem Mädchen, die Renate heißt. Die Geschichte spielt in dem Nazi Zeit, wo die Leute nicht frei sprechen können. Das kleine Mädchen befindet sich in einem Fleischerladen zusammen mit der Großmutter. Allmähloch langweilt sie sich und sie beginnt, mit ein Lied zu singen.
